((Not that Many copies would find there way here, I do know there are a few that might be interested in this and -coughs- Valk and Gia are not invited, for obvious reasons))
~She sat in the magical chair loaned to her so that in the latter stage of her pregnancy, so that she could be as active as she stubbronly insisted to still be. Many have cautioned her to relax and to take a break from it all, but with what seems to be the nine hells raining down around her, she finds that she just cannot do that. Not that her temperment, which has grown even shorter as her pregnancy draws out, would permit such idleness. This has been a long span of time, since that first day she was told she was pregnant, by her lifebonded, nonetheless. Now, she can see its end coming soon.~
~She sat there, in the predawn light, watching the comings and goings of those celebrating the harvest festival in this Kingdom, so far away and yet so close as well, from the Highlands she calls home. There was much she wished to do while she was still pregnant and, it seems that many of those things will remain undone. It will be a matter of time before she will be able to travel again and the ache her heart feels, must wait a while longer before it is relieved.~
~Here, in the exact place she will give birth, she sits and pens notes inbetween her watching, not quite understanding just what to put in each one. More than once, she stared at the marred flesh of her left hand, the mark that bonded her to her husband, Thaydin, as she called him though no modern formal rite has been made. Certainly, she has seen him off and on during her pregnancy, but she prayed to the Maiden every day that he would come and just be with her. Regardless the wheel stops for no man or woman and it weaves as it will, men and women must work with the weaving or be lost on the next spinning of the weave. She only wishes he will be there for the birth itself.~
~There, among the tents and the potted plants, brought to sooth her in her time of pain, she writes until after the sun peeks over the horizon, mostly the same words to many, but to a few, more personalized have been written. When it is done, she tucks them into the chair, meant to be delivered as soon as she can arrange it. Near or far and by many means they will arrive. Hopefully, all in time, as this is something that cannot be set on a calendar or schedualed.~
~Alais remains there, wrapped in the robe she had donned to watch the sun kiss the sky from over the edges of the mountains and wondered of those she had not seen in a while, of those who have walked a different path than she. In her heart, she knew most were well, but others... she wasn't so sure.~
~This was not a time for her to worry over things, but that was all she could do. Such was her life. When the day was fully new, she retired within to prepare.~
((I know I should do personalized, but since I don't want to be rude because I cannot think of everyone, I will leave it general, as most would be welcome to particpate if they are about at the proper time I'm going to try like all heck to drag Thaydin around to go through with this with her, but his schedual has been 900% chaotic as of late.))

My Dear Friends,
The coming of my child draws near and still, there is much I have not managed to do that I would have liked, for this, I hope you forgive me my transgressions as I have not meant to shun any of you at all. The babe and I are still well, and it is this immiment event that I would wish for you all to come and bear witness as it has been done in ages past, as it should still shall be.
I have found a safehaven, I believe, and I'm sure most of you realize I have not had that in many years. It is here, that my child will take his or her first breath, under the warmth of the light, something that, Maiden permitted, it will always be able to come home to.
I have been assured, that all will find respite within if they choose to stay and remain, and it will not hurt me if you cannot attend. I understand, more than most it would seem, that things that need to be done, come well before things one wishes to do. Even if it is only in spirit, you are welcome.
I have been assured that for those wishing to attend, that there will be pathways made availible by foot and by sky to the realm of Ambri (played in DSH) and the hospitality of its King extended during the harvest for my guests.
You all shall remain within a piece of me through my new role of mother and I do hope this finds you well.
May the Maiden always smile upon you and yours,
Alais Navere
